The Crows Nest community has gone all out this year in support of the Crows Nest Tourist and Progress Association Christmas Light Competition. Here are some pics that were taken this week.  Check them out when you get the chance! The winners will be announced at Christmas in the Park on Friday, December 14.

The mystery flower has a name

Thank you to Judi Gray who recently informed us on Facebook that this is in fact a Cape Chestnut Tree. "They originate from Africa," she said. 
"Absolutely beautiful trees."

Crows Nest Year 10 Graduation

The Year 10s of Crows Nest celebrated their graduation at the Metro Cafe in Toowoomba last Thursday evening. Here they all are looking dashing for their farewell night.
